Complete guide and options for removing your KaajLagbe account and data
At KaajLagbe, we respect your privacy and data ownership. You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly inside the mobile app, on your web account settings page, or by submitting a web request below.
Method 1: Delete Directly in the Mobile App (Instant)
If you have the KaajLagbe app installed on your smartphone, delete your account directly inside the app:
Open App
Log into your KaajLagbe mobile app.
Go to Profile
Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
Tap Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm Password
Enter your account password to verify identity and permanently delete your data.
Method 2: Delete Directly from Web Account Settings (Instant)
Log into your web account dashboard and delete your account directly from your settings panel:
Web Account Settings → Danger Zone
1. Log into your web dashboard → 2. Click Settings → 3. Scroll to Danger Zone: Delete Account.
Method 3: Submit a Web Request (If App is Uninstalled)
If you no longer have access to the app or web dashboard, fill out this form to request account & data deletion. Our team will verify and process your request within 48 hours.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy
Personal Identity Data
Your name, email address, phone number, physical address, NID details, and login credentials are permanently purged.
Jobs & Quotes
All job requests, job images, price quotes, and service area preferences associated with your profile are erased.
Messages & Notifications
All active chat conversations, sent messages, uploaded chat media, and push notifications are permanently deleted.
